This beautiful and spacious two-bedroom townhouse is in an ideal Frisco location with views of Lake Dillon. This townhome has everything you need for a vacation rental. The setting can’t be beat either, as it is located in a quiet Frisco neighborhood, backing up to a beautiful meadow with unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the Continental Divide. There is definitely something here for everyone!
Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar are featured in the completely remodeled kitchen. This unit also has a spacious dining area with a dining room table that seats up to 8 guests.
The beautiful and spacious master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, sofa, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. It also features its own HDTV. There is a full guest bathroom in the hallway right outside the bedroom.
The living room features a large HDTV, gas fireplace, and stunning views. There is a double Murphy bed for additional sleeping. A large private deck is right off the living room, where you can enjoy this amazing setting and BBQ anytime of the year.
