THE SPACE  BEDROOM 1 This bedroom is present on the ground floor. It is equipped with an AC, wardrobe and Wi-Fi for comfort. This room comes with a living area, a pantry and an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is present on the first floor. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress for convenience. This room comes with an attached balcony and an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is present on the second floor. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress for convenience. This room comes with an attached balcony and an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is present on the second floor. It is equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress for convenience. This room comes with an attached balcony and an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 5 This bedroom is present on the second floor. It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress for convenience. This room comes with an attached balcony and an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room on the first floor, near the dining area. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOMS There are 2 living rooms on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor which is part of the bedroom. Both living rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a music system and snug seating. There is a bar area present in one of the living rooms on the first floor. DINING AREA The dining area is situated behind the living rooms. It is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity along with seating arrangements. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed  LAWN There is a lawn in front of the villa with a seating deck with parasols. The lawn is 2000 sq ft in size. POOL AND POND There is a private outdoor oval pool of 30x18 ft in size and a depth of 4.5ft. The pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. A man-made pond is present near the pool filled with tortoises along with a cross-over bridge. BALCONY There is an elaborate balcony attached to the living rooms on the first floor. This balcony has a designated bar and bonfire area along with seating. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. OR All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. OR Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Barbecued meals are available at an extra cost.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 2500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES  - All-male groups are allowed, however, a deposit of Rs 20,000 needs to be paid before check-in. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all essential appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
