Lake Trasimeno is around thirty minutes’ drive away, as are Arezzo, Siena and the UNESCO‑listed Val d’Orcia. Thanks to the proximity of the Umbrian border, the historic towns of Perugia and Assisi are also within comfortable reach. The holiday home has been built from natural stone and fitted with expansive windows that fill every room with light.
