LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, sound system and comfortable seating. A patio is present out in the front. LOUNGE AREA There is a lounge area in the basement. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN, GAZEBO AND GARDEN There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn and a 4000 sq. ft lawn. The gazebo is a perfect place to read a book while relaxing. There is an open garden with a sit-out space and loungers. POOL There is a private heated pool inside the property. The pool is 11 ft x 24ft with a depth of 4 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The bar is accessible to guests free of cost. - The heated pool can be availed at an extra cost. Please inform prior to preheating the pool since it takes 7 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
