How Villa Amara differs from others: We know that many vacation homes are offered for rent in Cape Coral and the decision is often difficult. Besides the ’right location’, it’s often the little details that make for a relaxing, restful vacation. The Amara vacation villa has been furnished for you so that you really only need to bring your own personal items. Music is playing when you arrive and the rooms are illuminated so that you can find your way around immediately and feel at home straight away - even if you arrive in the evening. We have put together a comprehensive folder for you with tips and help about the house, Cape Coral and the surrounding area, including a map of Cape Coral to help you find your way around. Our property management is always there for you and will also help you with questions that do not directly concern our house.
Villa Amara has a unique location in the southwest of Cape Coral. The terrace faces west and the property borders the South Spreader Waterway. Opposite is the mangrove-covered nature reserve, behind which lies Captiva Island and the foothills of the Gulf of Mexico. Stores and restaurants are just 1 mile away. Your rented boat will take you about 45 minutes through the waterway until you reach the lock into the Gulf of Mexico. The orientation of the terrace offers the ideal mix of sun and shade. You will find a bit of both at all times and can enjoy the sunset from there. These are the small differences.
Fully equipped and more: The kitchen has numerous appliances, just as you are used to at home. A full HD flat screen LCD TV in the living room and a second TV in the bedroom are a matter of course. There are plenty of towels, kitchen towels and beach towels available. We also have beach loungers and beach chairs for you to use free of charge.
This is a non-smoking property. Thank you for smoking outside only. No pets allowed.
