The Cityscape is special because of its: - Close proximity to the urban scene, yet perfectly secluded for a quick retreat - Expansive lawn with gazebos, ideal for events and gatherings - Inviting outdoor pool for a refreshing dip and terrace with the best views - Stylish interiors equipped with modern amenities - Sprawling 2.7-acre property offering ample space ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - BBQ kit available at an additional of Rs. 2000. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, for 3 hours, after which Rs. 500 will be applied per hour. - Please note that an admission fee of Rs. 1000 per person per day is applicable for all visitors. - Iron press, open mini gym space along with outdoor and indoor games are available at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Plan a picnic with your dear ones or indulge in friendly games on the lawn. Make your way to the terrace and sip on your favourite beverages as you chat your hearts away. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA - There is a living room designed in a chic way. - Includes TV, AC, WI-Fi, a heater, and an attached balcony. - There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. LAWNS There is a lawn approximately 30,000 sq. ft in size, perfect for hosting events and celebrations. - Blending seamlessly with the lush surroundings, it offers a beautiful spot to enjoy the outdoors with a view. - Also features gazebos where one can enjoy al fresco dining. POOL - The pool is where one can take a refreshing dip to beat the heat. - It is 35x13ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup. However, the generator will be kept on rest every six hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 7 AM to 10:30 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Hookah is strictly prohibited - Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
