Outside, there is a heated pool where guests can enjoy a dip and also 5 seater steam room to relax later. A sprawling garden with a swing and patio with deck chairs is located by the pool. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. One near the dining area and one near the pool area. - All bathrooms have water heaters, towels and basic toiletries. There are 2 hairdryers available at the villa. LIVING ROOM - There is a living room on the ground floor. - It offers AC, TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, electric kettle, CCTV and comfortable seating for 8 people DINING AREA - There is a separate dining area that can accommodate 10 people and has a pool view. PATIO - Decked right in front of the pool and living room, the patio makes lounging and swimming just a jump away! - The patio can comfortably accommodate 6 people at a time. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the villa kitchen for reheating only. - It is equipped with all the essentials, a 38-bottle wine cellar, deep freezer, water purifier, refrigerator, crockery, and cutlery. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN - There boasts two beautiful lawn areas that are 3000 sq ft. each. - One of the lawns is situated beside the pool with comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people at a time. - It also features a swing where you can drink your favourite drinks and swing in nature’s embrace. TERRACE 1 - There is a terrace on the second floor that has a stunning view and features a gazebo with comfortable seating for 8 people. TERRACE 2 - There is another partially covered terrace on the first floor accompanied by a games nook. - One can choose to play from a range of indoor board games, use the poker table, carrom, and even play Taboo! HEATED POOL - There is a heated pool with its relaxing waters that will soothe your soul along with deck chairs for seating. - It has a length of 57 ft., is 16ft. wide, and is 4.6 ft. deep. It also comes with a 5-seater jacuzzi. - Pool heating is available at an additional cost. STEAM ROOM - There is a steam room on the ground floor. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The jacuzzi can be used at an extra cost of Rs. 5000 per session of 3 hours. - The steam rooms can be accessed by the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per session of 45 minutes for 5 people. - The projector setup is available at an additional cost of Rs.5000 per day. - The heated pool can be accessed by the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 15,000 per day. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for the same. - Outdoor and indoor screening can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 5000, per day. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All male groups are allowed on prior request. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are allowed on request. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (250 Mbps). Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, the consumption of beef, pork, and mutton is strictly prohibited. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed near the entry of the villa only. Smoking inside the premises of the property is prohibited. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 trained dog on request at a charge of Rs. 5,000, per day. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, pool area, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - Pool heating cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
