The 18th century house was renovated and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and the other with queen-size bed and 2 single beds), so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in each bedroom and a highchair and cot on request. An extra bed can be provided for a supplement upon request to the host. Your private balcony invites you to start your day outdoors with a delicious cup of coffee while overlooking the city. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
