This holiday resort can be found at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee, near famous Hallstatt. Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. During the summer it’s a popular holiday area and during the winter a busy skiing area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 1997.
This comfortable and fully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the main building of the spacious holiday park Resort Obertraun. The apartment is furnished with care and offers a view of the beautiful Hallstättersee. In the living room, you’ll find a TV and a cozy wood stove. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
