363 Red Bay is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home nestled in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a tranquil lagoon and the lush fairways of the Cougar Point Golf Course, only a 4 minute walk to the beach!
Enter through the front door and you will immediately notice the well-thought furnishings and appointments. An open floor plan and high ceilings offer a great space for families and friends to gather. The main living room greets you to the right with tranquil views of the lagoon and Cougar Point. The chef’s kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, with two outdoor decks offering even more space for relaxing by the dipping pool- a perfect place to refresh after a day at the beach or on the course.
This welcoming vacation home boasts 3,387 sq ft of living space and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. One of two master suites is located on the 1st floor and features a new king bed with ensuite bath to include a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The second master also houses a king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy morning coffee from the screened porch directly off the 2nd floor master. The two guest bedrooms are joined by a cheery Jack-n-Jill bath- the first bedroom offers 2 twin beds, while the second guest bedroom features a pair of full-sized beds. A fun place for the little ones! There is also a private den upstairs with a television and sofa- quiet space for reading or napping. There is a baby crib in the large master walk-in closet.
West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with a great selection of Kiawah rental homes, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: This home has a private 6 ft. deep plunge pool. The pool is NOT able to be heated. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 12.
