The kitchen is equipped with a new range and ample counter space for preparing a delicious family dinner after a fun day on the beach or biking the trails. A screened porch is located just off the dining room leading out to an open deck overlooking Cougar Point’s 11th fairway with a gas grill for outdoor dining and BBQs. Recent updates include new refrigerator, hardwood floors, custom shelving in the living room and new flat screen televisions! This West Beach vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first level and equipped with flat screen TVs. The master suite includes a king bed and private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are joined by a jack-n-jill bath. One room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 double beds. Upstairs you will find the very private 4th bedroom/mother-in-law suite complete with separate sitting area, small kitchenette and private bath with both tub and shower. The upstairs sitting area has recently been transformed into the 5th bedroom featuring a double bed (pictures to come soon). West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with quaint villa rentals, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe. You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
