The spacious eat-in kitchen is very well equipped, offers a breakfast nook to seat 3, as well as a laundry closet with a new stacked washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is the dining area which can comfortably hold 6-8 people. This Seabrook Island cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a brand-new Restonic king bed with a cooling feature, has access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, has direct access to the deck, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club, Crooked Oaks, and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools. Seabrook Island offers access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
