Located just a short walk to the beach, this pet-friendly 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is a private end unit boasting a high-end furnishings, serene golf course views, and a beautifully appointed two-story layout. The living area is open and bright with high ceilings, comfortable sofa seating with plenty of room for the whole family, a Smart TV for your entertainment, and loads of natural light flooding in through the two sliding glass doors. The sofa pulls out to a bed, accommodating two additional guests. Through the sliding glass doors, you’ll find a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the golf course with a bistro table and BBQ grill for true island-style dining. Just off the living area is the designated dining area to seat four. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal right from home, complete with stainless steel appliances and luxury granite countertops. A stacked washer/dryer set is also located in the kitchen, so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores. A full bathroom is located off the entryway for your convenience. The primary bedroom suite is located on the upper level of the home with vaulted ceilings, a King size bed, a high-power ceiling fan, plenty of storage space, and a flat screen TV. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
