This first floor end unit boasts a waterfront covered deck, a boardwalk to the beach and all the comforts of home. The open floor plan living area offers a cute, nautical theme with real hardwood flooring, a sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress, a streaming TV for your favorite Netflix and Amazon Prime shows (account not included), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers nice updates with custom cabinets, Silestone countertops and a raised bar with pub height stools creating a great area for light meals and snacks. There is a washer/dryer in the pantry off the kitchen for your convenience. Rest comfortable in the guest bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The second full bath in the hall offers a stall shower for extra guests using the sleeper sofa.
