The LV flat screen TV has a Sony sound speaker, and the DVD player streams Netflix and some other streaming apps for those with accounts. The kitchen is fully-equipped with newer stainless appliances and granite counters and is well-stocked with everything to enjoy a comfortable vacation including a washer/dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen for your convenience. The bedroom suite is warm and spacious complete with hardwood flooring, a comfy king bed with high quality linens for a great night’s sleep, a Smart TV for night-time streaming and an ensuite bathroom with an updated vanity, a tub/shower combo and quality bath linens. The second bath, located in the hall, offers a shower and is nicely updated and very convenient for guests or those using the sleeper sofa. The deck is one of our best for the one bedroom villas. It is set forward overlooking the beach making it feel like an end unit, with an awning for hot summer days.
