The front porch offers two rocking chairs and serves as the ideal spot to sit and drink in the cool evening breeze after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island. Upon entering the unit, you are welcomed by the quaint dining room that has a table and seating for six. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the conveniently located washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and provides all that you will need to feel right at home, including marble countertops, abundant cabinetry, new range and refrigerator plus a double-hung window with the perfect view to inspire a gourmet meal. Off the kitchen is also a breakfast bar with two plush barstools. The inviting living room features two very comfy, reclining chairs, as well as a luxurious couch, a flat screen television and a French door leading to the back deck with its panoramic view of the lagoon and golf course.
