This historical apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and still authentic neighborhoods of Rome. It has two double bedrooms and a large living room, and a separate dining area. Located on the 1st floor, it is finely furnished in Italian style, with elegant and refined elements, the property is located in a strategic position in order to visit all the Roman beauties on foot.
Please, note: steps to climb. There are a few steps to climb to reach the elevator, and the second bedroom in the apartment is located on a mezzanine.
For stays longer than 5 nights a mid-stay cleaning service will be provided.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. Parties not allowed. Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60. City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6,00 € per person per day.
