A beautiful first floor golf condo that is located in a highly desired golf area - Magnolia Pointe in Myrtle Beach! It is a peaceful complex located approximately 2-3 miles from our beautiful beaches! You will enjoy spending your vacation in this updated condo surrounded by greens, while only being a short drive away from our shoreline. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple golf/beach getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more! Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Pond views! Bedroom 1: King bed with a TV & pond views. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Shower/Tub. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV. Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway. Step in shower. Bedroom 3: Two single beds. TV with Roku. Porch: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air and pond views. Complex charcoal grill nearby! Pools: There are several unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round. Extra amenities: Beach chairs, umbrella, beach caddie, toys and a set of golf clubs. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit. You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized golf courses nearby (extra fees apply). Pack n Play and high chair are available for your use in the condo. Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
