One of Folly’s Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is located in the charming Water’s Edge in Folly Beach SC. Water’s Edge is just a few short blocks away from downtown Folly and a short walk from the beach. Downtown Folly is full of wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping, and a beautiful pier overlooking Folly Beach. Water’s Edge is a secluded neighborhood tucked away from the strip but still close to everything. This adorable townhouse has hardwood floors and is 1660 Sq Ft. The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. This property has many great amenities and you will relax while sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful Folly River views. Watching the sunset from one of the two screened-in private balconies will be a daily treat! All three bedrooms are fitted with luxurious king beds to ensure a good night’s rest. There is a community pool available for your use just a few doors down from this townhouse. River Walk does not allow pets. This is a non-smoking community. Please book with confidence.
