This home offers a single story 1,653 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to fourteen guests.
Entering via the front door puts you into the open floor plan main living space that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Living Room: Step into the open living room where modern furnishings invite you to relax. Sink into the oversized, comfortable sectional while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The living room is not just for screen time; it’s equipped with an array of board games for endless entertainment.
Kitchen: The sleek, modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized waterfall counter with bar seating for 6. The bright and open space is ideal for whipping up culinary delights or enjoying your morning cup of coffee at the adjacent coffee bar.
Dining area: A large wood dining table, illuminated by a modern-style chandelier, can comfortably seat 10 guests.

Master Bedroom— King size bed, desk area and closet space. The ensuite bathroom offers a vanity and a large tiled shower.
Bedrooms 2 — King size bed, access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo.

Bedrooms 4/Bunk Room — Four twin over twin bunk beds, desk space, access to the shared full bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard is your private oasis, featuring an outdoor dining table, Smart TV, and a heated private pool with a water feature, all surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and additional outdoor seating. Grill up some of your favorites on the natural gas BBQ. Enjoy the beautiful desert evenings by the pool with your family and friends!
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
