Our stunning 4 bed + bonus room, 2.5 bath home is your own private oasis nestled next to the Deschutes National Forest. Tucked away in a serene and quiet setting, the breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and a private hot tub will greet you. 10 SHARC passes are included with the home! To enhance your stay, we provide a ping pong table and bikes for your enjoyment during your stay. There are 40 miles of biking and walking trails steps from the house, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. If you hope to experience more than hiking and biking out the backdoor, there is more to explore minutes from the house. Mt Bachelor for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports is an easy 30-minute drive away. After a long day, unwinding and relaxing in the private hot tub on the back deck is perfect for soaking under the stars. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King (En-suite Bath) 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed 4th Bedroom - Queen Bed Bonus Room- Two (2) Twin Beds (2nd level) With the spacious and comfortable breakfast table and dining space, the whole group can gather for delicious, hot meals that were quickly prepared in the open, fully-stocked kitchen. After everyone fills their bellies with a great meal, the living room is the perfect place to gather for conversation, movies and shows on the smart TV, or warm up next to the fireplace. Indulge in fine dining experiences or opt for casual fare at nearby restaurants, and explore year-round shopping opportunities to find the perfect souvenirs. Plus, with a supermarket and gas station conveniently located within a mile, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty for an unforgettable getaway. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
