THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This master bedroom on the first floor is adorned with modern utilities and opens up to a balcony with a view of the valley and lake. - It is equipped with an extra sofa-cum-bed, AC, fan, and a wardrobe for extra accommodation. - This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 - This children’s bedroom on the first floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort. - It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation. - This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 - This guest bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort. - It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation. - This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM - The living area is a haven of relaxation and tranquillity, enhanced with an outside balcony that offers breathtaking views of the hill. - In addition to the breathtaking views, it has facilities including a TV, fan, and WiFi. - It has a sofa-style and chair seating layout that can comfortably fit up to 7 people. DINING AREA - Perfect for indulging in regional specialities with your closest companions, the dining space has carefully chosen, opulent furnishings and interior design. - There is comfortable seating for 6 people in the dining room, which has air conditioning. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, fan, water purifier, toaster, grinder, crockery and cutlery. LAWN - There is a sprawling lawn of 2200 sq mt covering the entire property. - It can seat up to 8 people at any given time. - There is an open garden with a kids play area. DECK - A deck is present at the entrance of the villa which offers stunning views of the surroundings. - There is a seating arrangement for up to 3 people, making it a go-to spot for high tea. POOL - There is a plunge pool present on the property for a relaxing dip. - It measures about 18x8 ft and is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session. - A personal staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 1000 per person per night, excluding meal charges. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES  - This villa is part of a 2-unit property out of which guests will have access to their respite booked villa and common areas. - This is not a pet-friendly nor a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights and fans for a couple of hours. - Mobile networks like Airtel and Jio work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker and host stay on the premises of the same property. - This property is part of a gated community. - This property is situated in a secluded location. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
