The master bedroom is a tranquil oasis with a luxurious king bed and private ensuite bathroom, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun and surf. The second bedroom also features a king bed, providing a cozy and inviting space. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed for restful nights. The fourth bedroom is perfect for additional guests or family, with two double beds offering flexibility and comfort. For the kids or young at heart, the fifth bedroom features a fun bunk bed setup, with three twin beds and a twin trundle bed, making it the ultimate spot for sleepovers or sharing time with friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the open living and dining area offers plenty of space for everyone to gather. With five bathrooms, everyone in your group will enjoy privacy and convenience. The home also includes a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. Property Manager utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process. Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent. Please Note: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and actively monitoring the premises. Additionally, a golf cart is stored in the garage; this vehicle is not available for guest use. This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.
