Located in the heart of Phuket, Nai Harn beach area. An hour drive from the airport and the beach. It is in a quiet and easily accessible. Typical Thai-Balinese style house fully furnished. In the surrounding area are sports facilities, shops, parks, restaurants where you can delight in the rich cuisine of the area. Area of Rawai has popular fresh market moving around the place depending the days of the week. From the villa you can reach the surrounding places taking a bike or car ride. If you want to go to the west coast, being situated almost in the 15 minutes drive you can reach any nice beach. If you have a problem we solve it as soon as possible.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
