Location, Location, Location! "Creekside Hideaway" is a beautiful, cozy creek
side cabin, just steps away from the water. This 1400 sq ft, three bedroom
home offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom plus a sofa bed to
accommodate up to 8 guests.
Inside you will love the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, smart tv,
and foosball table...but the real gem is the large outdoor deck which includes
plenty of seating and a gas BBQ for a perfect creek side cookout! Please note
that propane is not included and outdoor fires are prohibited. Driveway
parking is available for two vehicles and linens are also included.
We know that Creekside Hideaway offers the cozy cabin experience your family
will want to return to again and again and we can’t wait to host you.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
