Set on a sprawling farm, the villa features a lawn that goes as far as the eyes can gaze upon and silently merges with the mountains. There is also a glistening swimming pool that is perfect for refreshing dip. The pool’s glistening waters offer solace, as warm sunshine caresses your face during a leisurely swim. For the spirited, venture to the shores of Pawna Lake for a thrill of paragliding against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes. As the day gracefully transforms into evening, find refuge in the cozy living area—an intimate space for winding down or revelling in shared stories. With the stars painting the sky, one can keep themselves warm and rejuvenate themselves in the jacuzzi. Beneath the starlit canvas, relish a barbecue, accompanied by conversations and snapshots destined to be cherished, etching timeless tales into the essence of your stay at The Estate - Luxury Living.  THE SPACE  BEDROOM 1 This spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor and showcases the serene views of Kamshet’s mountains.  It is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and an extra mattress on request. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries.  BEDROOM 2 This spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor and showcases the serene views of Kamshet’s mountains.  It is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and an extra mattress on request. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries.  BEDROOM 3 This spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor and showcases the serene views of Kamshet’s mountains.  It is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and an extra mattress on request. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.  All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM  The living room offers a sanctuary to enjoy fun-filled moments with your family and friends.  The living room has plush sofas and chairs that can accommodate up to 15 people at a time.   It is equipped with a TV, an AC, fan, and a music system. DINING AREA  The dining area is part of the living room and offers a comfortable seating for 8 people. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the villa for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN  There is a sprawling lawn that seamlessly merges with the surrounding mountains and its atmosphere.  The lawn can accommodate up to 8 people. POOL  The sunlit pool beckons one to enjoy a cosy dip that is set in the backdrop of the mountains of Kamshet.  The pool is 30 ft x 20 ft in size with a depth of 5 ft.  JACUZZI With the chilly breeze from the mountains, the 6 seater jacuzzi offers its warm waters to the guests for rejuvenating. The jacuzzi is available at an additional charge of 2000 per hour. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The jacuzzi is available at an additional charge of 2000 per hour. - Guests can enjoy a jeep safari at an additional cost which is to be paid at the property.  - Guests can relish a woodfire pizza at an additional cost.  - Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. NEIGHBOURHOOD Blessed as the defining balance between peace and adventure, Kamshet is a beautiful hill station known for its lush green cover, placid lakes and bumpy terrains. Dotted with umpteen outdoor activities to do, Kamshet finds its pride in offering the most thrilling paragliding and parasailing experience ever. It is the perfect spot for campers, trekkers, explorers and just about anybody who loves to sleep under the open sky.  So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. - Experience the thrill of paragliding on Shinde wadi hills - Spend some peaceful time near Pawna lake  - Witness the ancient Hemadpanti style of architecture in Kondeshwar temple - Pay a visit to Bedse Caves Getting Around: - Distance from Mumbai Airport - 130 km. - Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 50 km. - Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand -  50 km. - Distance from Lonavala Market - 50 km. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.  - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 to 6 hours. Additionally, a generator is also available for power backup. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. However, due to the location amidst mountains, it has limited connectivity.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays in the vicinity of the property and is available till 10 PM.  - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location. - This is a standalone property. - The property is in a secluded location. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that the guests are not allowed to order from the restaurant, bring their own food, or hire their own cook. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 small pets at an additional charge.  - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
