POOL
The sunlit pool beckons one to enjoy a cosy dip that is set in the backdrop of the mountains of Kamshet.
The pool is 30 ft x 20 ft in size with a depth of 5 ft.
JACUZZI
With the chilly breeze from the mountains, the 6 seater jacuzzi offers its warm waters to the guests for rejuvenating.
The jacuzzi is available at an additional charge of 2000 per hour.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 to 6 hours. Additionally, a generator is also available for power backup.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. However, due to the location amidst mountains, it has limited connectivity.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays in the vicinity of the property and is available till 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- This is a standalone property.
- The property is in a secluded location.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that the guests are not allowed to order from the restaurant, bring their own food, or hire their own cook.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 small pets at an additional charge.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
