Situated in a great position in the village, it gives you opportunity to explore the village and its surroundings, to enjoy walking, skiing, hiking, biking and anything else that makes you happy.
The Apartment is designed in a modern and practical elements which provides maximum comfort and the best experience during your visit in St. Moritz.
Our holiday flat is comfortably furnished for up to four people.
The bedroom is bright and with a good sized bed for 2 people.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, providing sleeping arrangements for another two people. The TV is attached to an extendable joint and allows the TV to be conveniently adjusted to the desired viewing angle.
A Fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to spend together nice time cooking and eating.

Winter: there are 350 kilometres of pistes with a state-of-the-art infrastructure in the surrounding area. For winter hikers there are 150 km of winter walking trails and for cross-country skiers there is a track network of about 200 km. Summer: As well as traditional hiking and mountain biking, guests can also try their hand at sailing, rowing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, tennis, minigolf or horse riding.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

If it is determined that there were unauthorized visitors on site, the registered guest will be charged (for each unauthorized person) 100 CHF per person per day.
