Lanaudière is a magnificent region, made up of splendid landscapes. Many outdoor activities are offered there. Sainte-Béatrix is a pretty village surrounded by mountains. The nearest town of importance is Joliette (about 35 km). Several activities and restaurants have their place there, as well as a performance hall. Sainte-Béatrix is located just a few minutes from the Val St-Côme ski resort and several national parks. The region offers activities all year round: Canoeing, kayaking, swimming, water sports, hiking, skydiving, paintball, relaxation center and spa, agro-tourism circuits and gourmet courses, golf club, bicycle, aerial circuit in the trees, horseback riding, ski centers, cross-country skiing. cross-country, skating, snowshoeing, snow sliding, snowmobile and ATV trails, dog sledding, etc. Nearby attractions Access to the chalet is by car. The place is well plowed in winter. Access to the L'Assomption river is a 5-minute walk away. Other activities require traveling by car.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
