Villa Proteus is located just outside the traditional village of Milatos at the North East of Crete, in an elevated position on the hillside with easy access from the road. The villa enjoys spectacular views over the valley towards the village, the fishing harbor, beaches and the sea. Set in its own secured grounds with dedicated parking areas the villa is enough away from the busy holiday resorts yet close enough to take advantage of their facilities for shopping and dining. Just 2 km below the villa you can enjoy the waterfront fish tavernas of Milatos and safe swimming beaches. The interior of the villa consists of a spacious living and dining area, with a large dining table, chairs, sofas, TV, DVD and coffee table. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
