Stone, iron and wood dominate both the inside and outside of the villa, highlighting the comfort and attention to detail that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. The 200sq.m. villa sits in a 950sq.m. plot of land and constitutes of two floors.The villa has a large private pool with a salt system and a smaller one for children, as well as a barbeque, a wood-oven, garden furniture and sezlongs around the pool.
On the first floor one can find the sitting room with its fireplace, the luxurious dining room, the fully equipped, traditional kitchen, a double bedroom and the bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
