Arriving in Xerokampos, the Beautiful beaches with crystal blue waters will captivate your eye, and amaze you with their variety, whether you are a lover of fine sand or a rocky coast. Villa Vint is a total of 450 m2 with a modern living room, dining area for 15 people, a modern kitchen, 8 bedrooms plus additional 3 rooms for the staff, 12 luxury bathrooms and it is fully equipped with heating and cooling systems. On the ground level there are 3 bedrooms with king-size beds plus 1 additional room for the staff, and 5 bathrooms. On the basement level there are 5 bedrooms with King-size beds plus 2 additional rooms for the staff, and 7 bathrooms....

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
