Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- If you are booking on behalf of someone else and you will not be staying, do not instant book - please send me an enquiry first.
  • - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
  • - This is a residential building - no noise between 10pm and 7am.
  • - Maximum of 2 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
  • - To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the apartment or drag anything such as furniture or bags across the floor.
  • - No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
