THE SKINNY: Now fully fenced in for your fur babies! This home is situated right on the canal in eclectic Treasure Beach! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the back patio deck, overlooking the canal. Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them at the public launch just 2 miles from the house at Frank Butler West Boat Ramp, then tie them up on our brand new DOCK!

The Neighborhood

This eclectic fishing village called Treasure Beach is one of my favorite neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Nearly every home is situated on a canal. The canals all feed out to the inter coastal waterway, where you can make the most of your boat, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards. Nearby is the local boat ramp where you can drop in. Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate. Treasure Beach has its own dedicated beach walkover directly across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood! A close and convenience restaurant in the neighborhood is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,DOGS OK: Pay your pet fee. If you do not submit your pet fee and we find evidence of a pet after your departure, this will result in a charge of up to $500. ***Pets must be freshly bathed prior to arrival and a flea and tick treatment must have been applied within the last 30 days**
  • DOG DAMAGE: Pet damage will be assessed and charged per instance based on the cost of fixing/replacing an item. You accept the responsibility of paying for any damage caused by your pet.
  • QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am per St. John’s County ordinance and are enforced.
  • DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
  • LATE CHECKOUTS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out, $25 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee late checkout availability. You MUST request late checkout if you would like it. Guests who stay past checkout time and did not put in a request will be charged $100 per hour, and we round up.
  • NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property. This is strictly enforced. You may smoke outside in the driveway only. Dispose of butts in outdoor trash bins. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $100 charge for every cigarette butt found. There is a $500 charge for lingering interior smoke smell.
  • NO DRUGS: llegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
  • NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
  • PARKING: Follow parking rules as instructed.
  • MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. Add-on guests under the age of 18 are welcomed if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
  • THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits payment) must be present for the duration of the stay.
  • UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. If you have more guests on the premises stay than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right through Property Manager to charge an additional $39 per guest per night.
  • DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
  • CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
  • CAMERAS AND NOISE: Home may contain outdoor security surveillance systems as well as noise-detection.
  • HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
  • CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house.
  • HOME NOT SUITABLE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES: The home is not to be used as an entertainment venue for non-registered guests.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
