The apartment, located on the first floor of a semi-detached villa surrounded by a garden, opens onto the living area, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. From here guests can access the terrace with a dining area and a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The sleeping area features a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A toilet and a bathroom with a shower complete the layout. At guests’ disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that compose it: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The main urban center is Como, an elegant and romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages not to be missed: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio, "the pearl of the Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by romantic views. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido.
