Thanks to its 60 sqm, it offers comfort conditions of very high standard with its 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, its is fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, dryer, dish washer at your disposal. It is also quiet.
We also leave a piano for our musician guests.
This is definitely the best location in Paris. Next door are cinemas, bars, restaurants, shopping...

Located near by l’Opéra Garnier and la Place Vendôme, you would be in the center of the capital to enjoy Paris. At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants, brasseries and typically Parisian café. Next door you would enjoy the famous musée du Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries. Close by you would appreciate the Musée Grévin and Galeries Lafayette where you will find all stores you need for shopping, cinema and theaters ! It is super safe and clean.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
