The Home
Villa is built on a plot of 500 meters and outdoor spaces are designed to offer privacy and functionality. Its construction began in 2000 and has been renovated since then, it consists of two separate floors 60 square meter and 80 square meter. Villa Alimedon can accommodate up to 6 people (+2 guests under request). Both floors are connected by an external staircase and overlook the pool and garden. The villa is fenced and access to the pool is closed by a door so that your kids are safe. It is fully furnished and with all appliances. In the summer period you can taste fresh vegetables from our own garden such as tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Free WiFi access is offered throughout the property. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine. A satellite TV and PS2 are featured. There are two private bathrooms with a bath and shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
