Asher’s place is located in Dallas, Texas, USA. The charming neighborhood is located in Dallas’s Northwest side, close to I-635 and Marsh Ln. Only 20 minutes away from Downtown and Uptown Dallas, 15 minutes to DFW and Love Field Airports, and 25 minutes to the AT&T Stadium. Hop in your car, and in less then 10 minutes you arrive at the Galleria of Dallas Shopping Center. One of the most popular malls in the city, with restaurants, groceries, and everything else you need to enjoy yourself in Dallas.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,* Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
- * Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
- *Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am.
- *No parties or events allowed.
- *Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
- *Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
- *Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
