This charming villa Mediterra Prima is located in the picturesque town of Ninski Stanovi, close to the old Croatian royal city of Nin. This area, surrounded by untouched nature, allows you to escape from everyday life. Popular tourist locations such as Nin, Zaton, Vir and Zadar are located in the immediate vicinity. The city of Nin, in addition to its rich historical and cultural heritage, is also known for its sea lagoon and the beautiful Kraljičina sandy beach. The beach offers countless activities such as kite surfing and jet skiing. Visit the Nin Museum of Salt and one of the oldest saltworks in this area. For the youngest guests, there are many facilities such as Equestrian Club Maximus in Ninski Stanovi, Buffalo Bill City (Vrsi), and Adventure Park (Kožino).
With total plot size of 960m2, Villa Mediterra Prima offers entertainment for the whole family. In front of the villa there is a heated pool with sunbeds around it for enjoying sunny days. Since the pool is heated, it will not be a problem if during Your stay the temperatures are a bit lower. Near the pool You will also find outdoor dining area and a fireplace where You can challenge Yourself in making traditional Dalmatian food while enjoying amoung the olive groves. In the back of the villa there is an outdoor children area with swing and slide, which is why this villa is great for family vacation. Pet owners will be amazed by the fact that this villa is pet friendly, so You can take Your furry best friends on vacation with You. Since the whole plot is fenced and separated from everyday city life, You don’t have to worry about Your privacy. On the first floor of the villa there is a tastefully decorated living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with it’s en suite bathroom and one separated bathroom. On the first floor of the villa You will find another two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and double beds. With three double beds and an extendable sofa, this villa can comfortably accommodate eight persons.
