Watch the sunrises - you will love it! The huge saltwaterpool with separate spa/whirlpool is elevated and has a 360 degrees spillover with electrical control and an electrical as well as a solar heating.
The energy-efficient Villa Hemingway by the Sea has 3 climazones, which can be regulated individually. Also you find a solarsystem.
On the ground floor you find the open, modern, white kitchen with a counter and a wine cooler. All kitchenware are Kitchenaid products. Huge panoramic windows offer a breathtaking view from sunrise until sunset, and direct access to the pool area. Enjoy the view over the pool and the open water while sitting at the breakfast bar.
Furthermore you find a master-suite on the ground floor with double walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainshower and bathtub. Direct access to the pool area and lanai also from the junior suite. From here you can enjoy the same wonderful view thanks to surface low windows. The junior suite and the third bedroom also offer own walk-in bathrooms. There’s a separate pool WC and a powder room available. Overall Villa Hemingway by the Sea offers 4 bedrooms and 6 toilets. All 4 bedrooms offer high-quality kingsize beds (boxspring).
The ultralarge living room offers an electrical fireplace, which will warm you up during the winter. The livingroom and all other rooms contain luxury furniture from Robb & Stucky as well as Bears. You find a 75 inch flatscreen TV. 5 other flatscreens are on the lanai and the 4 bedrooms.
Next to the eat-in kitchen you find a covered „summer-kitchen“ on the lanai. A huge bull-grill, kitchen, sink and a counter make the outdoor cooking experience perfect.

Upstairs you find the Deluxe Owner’s suite with a covered lanai and a master bathroom with rain shower and bathtub as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom upstairs offers an own, cozy balcony to enjoy a sundowner.
Thanks to the perfect location of this incomparable house you can enjoy wild animals at the boat dock. The boat dock with additional berths is accessible via a staircase. Enjoy atmospheric sunrises and sunsets and observe dolphins, manatees, turtles and much more that comes here almost daily to visit. The boat dock is equipped with "Underwater Fishlights". As soon as it gets dark, you can observe the diverse fish population in the canal.
The existing boat lift is NOT available for use as it is occupied by the owner’s boat.
You can reach the beach of Cape Coral within walking distance. Close location to the new Boathouse, sundowner with daily live music and the only beach in Cape Coral.. Fort Myers is reachable within 5 minutes.
