Start your mornings with a latte or cappuccino from the Keurig K-Cafe, then head out to enjoy the large community pool or take a peaceful walk down the secluded boardwalk to the beach. With smart technology features, family-friendly sleeping space, and unbeatable access to sun and surf, Mermaid Cove is the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year. MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT • A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking • Also required is a copy of your driver’s license to receive check-in instructions • Contracting guests of Property Manager must be 25 years of age or older CONDO FEATURES • Condominium, third story, no elevator • Not pet friendly • Parking passes provided for two vehicles • No boats, trailers, buses, or RVs are allowed • Kitchen, dining, and living areas • Flat-screen TVs • Washer and dryer in unit • Boardwalk to the beach (secluded from vehicle access) • Wagon for guests to use BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 9) • Primary bedroom: Queen size bed • Second bedroom: Full over full bunk bed and triple set twin over twin bunk bed • Two full bathrooms: Walk-in shower and shower/tub combination KITCHEN AND DINING • Fully equipped kitchen, with basic essential needs • Dining table with seating for eight • Breakfast bar with seating for two • Keurig coffee, latte, and cappuccino maker combination • Blender EXTERIOR • Balcony with chairs • Propane grill for use at the pool • Community pool (not heated December 1 through March 1) • Boardwalk to the beach COMPLIMENTARY STARTER AMENITIES • Hand/bath soap • One toilet paper roll per bathroom • One paper towel roll • Two dishwasher pods • Two trash bags • One make-up wipe per bathroom CLEANING AND INSPECTION • We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards • Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom • We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • A two-night minimum stay is required • Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee • Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home • Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay • Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance • Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month THINGS TO BRING • Beach/pool towels • Shampoo and conditioner • Sunscreen • Beach gear, toys, chairs, umbrella • Food, condiments, oils and spices, coffee, etc. WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay.
