This cliffside home is named for High Falls, a beautiful local waterfall accessible via a trail from the nearby Pines Recreation area. The Pines is a small public access park about a mile from the home with picnic tables, seasonal restrooms, and a public swimming beach right on Lake Glenville. It’s perfect for an afternoon excursion! The lake view is constant, and lucky guests will also enjoy intermittent spillway waterfall views from the home. Called Onion Falls, this bonus waterfall forms when extra water is released over the dam spillway from Lake Glenville into the West Fork Tuckasegee River below. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
