This highly desired location, in the Pelican neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral, is near some the Cape’s most sought-after recreational and residential areas, Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina. You’ll be within easy distance of popular restaurants and shops, many of which are along the waterfront - and the owner has even provided four bicycles to make your adventuring in our little corner of paradise that much more enjoyable!

Whether you choose to rent a boat, or just like fishing off the private dock directly behind the home - you’ll enjoy outstanding saltwater fishing. Just bring your own pole, small hook, tipped with shrimp or squid and hold on - as you will catch many species of fish from the dock! A 22’ - 26’ boat can be accommodated, should you chose to rent.

Easy access to many family-friendly activities including the Cape Coral Rotary Park Environmental Center and a family water park that is open seasonally is sure to please the kids! Grocery stories, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape. The southeast corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife and dining area. With extensive waterways and boating options, the Cape is just minutes away by boat or car from the Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. Take the time to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot to spend an evening. A further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and luxurious lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and year-round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.
This property is 14 miles to Fort Myers Beach; 20 miles to RSW International Airport.
