Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A beautiful and spacious 6-bedroom family villa, fully air-conditioned, nestled atop the mountain offering an amazing sea view. ideally located between the picturesque beach of Gigaro with it’s several restaurants and bars, and a ten minute drive to Pampelonne, St Tropez and La Croix Valmer. The villa has 5 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom and is fully air-conditioned, plus a single bedroom and another double bedroom with outside acces and a gorgeous 6000 m2 lawned garden with 12 metre heated pool. This charming villa with a traditional Provencal mas feeling, in an elevated position offering total peace and quiet and breathtaking sea views. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with rustic charm, a well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and garden access. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a shower room, ample closet space, and a terrace with stunning views. There’s also a single bedroom (suitable for small children) and another double bedroom that share a bathroom. Additionally, there’s a double bedroom, primarily for staff, accessible from either the garage or an outside entrance. The outdoor spaces are lush and verdant, offering multiple areas to unwind and relax. You can lounge on a sunbed by the pool, have a meal in the shade of the wisteria, enjoy the gorgeous sea with a glass of rosé from the shaded terrace, and savor the sunset from the Tropezian-style terrace. There are also recreational amenities such as a playground, petanque court, and ping pong table, all set within the extensive 6000m2 garden.
