Charming apartment in the best area of Seville.
Placentines apartment is an ideal place to enjoy the most pleasant corners of the city. We access it through a corridor that throughout which the rooms of the apartment distribute. On the right, we find a bathroom, complete and totally new.
If we continue down the hall we reach the double bedroom, interior, very quiet and bright. It has a built-in wardrobe and split of air conditioning of cold and heat.
At the end of the hallway we enter the living room. It is totally exterior and thanks to its large windows it is very bright. It has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to four people. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and has all the utensils you may need.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
