2 luxurious king bedded bedrooms will ensure a wonderful night of rest for you and your fellow travelers, both rooms feature LG A/C units, plush pillows and high end linens, the principle includes an ensuite 3 piece bathroom featuring marble and high end finishes, great for privacy and comfort while you prepare for a day at the beach or night on the town. The second bedroom features a heavenly king bed, with a shutter window to allow air and light in from the living room, the second bathroom is across the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the space and kitchen amenities you’ll need to create some great meals during your stay, or ask us about hiring a private chef to pamper and spoil you with local specialties. The relaxing living area features a 55" SmartTV flatscreen. The wonderful flow through from the living/kitchen space out to the open terrace with views of Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, with a full dining area and grill you can enjoy the sunset while taking dinner, or relax in the outdoor sitting area. ***Other things to note*** ***Be aware, both the elevators were damaged simultaneously will require a greater investment and time to complete the work, approximately 3-4 week. Any update we will post in this listing.*** Bookings between July and october, we require all guests to sign a rental agrement form upon check-in. This form addresses the matter of excessive electricity consuption and outlines the associated charges and the electricity meter will be read in the precense of the guest. As stated in our Rental Agreement (Item 3), our rental rate includes the air conditioning of all bedrooms at night plus other normal uses of electricity. This equates to about 60 kwh per day. For any additional consumption, the charge is at our approximate direct cost, which is US 35 cents per kwh. *As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay.
