This splendid, bright and breezy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home will be a wonderful retreat during your stay in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. With full sized walls of windows and a view out to the buildings pool, shaded amongst the garden and tall palms the condo feels like a little Oasis.
The Cañada Romantica building gets its name from the little creek canyon that it sits above. This home is the first level of the building at pool level, down 2 levels from the main entrance there is easy access to Pulpito neighbourhood, a set of stairs down to the ocean a few blocks away, and a back entrance to the highway if you bring a car with you for trips down the coast to Boca de Tomatlan or Mismayloya

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
