- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

On Thursday and Sunday mornings, don’t miss out the largest open-air farmer’s market located just a few meters from the apartment.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,We do not serve breakfast. Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only. As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors. Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules: - no smoking - no parties - no music - no people other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video session If only one of these rules is not respected: - a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced. - the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - A separate deposit on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
