The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Brickell/Midtown: 20 minute drive. - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. -This property has a storage of the company in the garage, workers should come by to pick up some things here daily, if u encounter them should be for a couple minutes and they will be happy to say hello to our guest. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
