There is a king master with full bath on each floor, plus twin bunks and a futon in the basement, and an additional half bath on the main level. When it’s time to relax or eat, Hickory Woods includes a sunken living area with wall of windows, fireplace, and TV, and spacious open kitchen. A fully remodeled basement provides a great hang out space with a pool table, TV, and walk-out deck. Outside, it’s just a short walk to the creek and firepit, and the property is very private. When you get back, step onto the huge wrap around deck, dip into the gazebo-covered hot tub, or head to the upstairs balcony while you enjoy the natural view outside. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
