This apartment is located in a privileged location, right on the seafront, with spectacular views. It is located just 200 meters from the historical part of the village of L’Escala.
At less than 1 minute, just in front of the apartment, you will find two small and very quiet beaches. In addition to 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beaches of the town center. And at 750 meters you will find the fantastic beaches of Empúries.
The street where the apartment is located is only accessible to the neighbors, and in front of the building there is a green area with a promenade to reach the beaches of Empúries.
The apartment is divided into four rooms, two of them with double bed, and two more with two single beds in each one. All mattresses are new and very comfortable. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
